The founding legend of Gojoseon, states that Korea was established in 2333 BCE by Dangun. Korea has five (5) flag, first is when the north korea and south korea not yet separated that is the first flag they used, second when korea became a colony of japan, they used the japan flag, third and fourth when korea divided into two which is north and south korea and the last one is what they call korean unification flag.

U.S. military administration 1945–1948 Head Hirohito declared the acquiescence of the Empire of Japan to the Allied Powers on 15 August 1945. General Order No. 1 for the acquiescence of Japan endorsed separate acquiescence strategies for Japanese powers in Korea north and south of the 38th equal. After Japan's acquiescence to the Allies, division at the 38th equal denoted the start of Soviet and U.S. occupation of the North and South, separately. In 1946, the North executed land changes by taking private property, Japanese and favorable to Japanese claimed offices and plants, and put them under state proprietorship.

Culture

Korean is located between China and Japan and it is one of the oldest cultures in the world today. Koreans have handed on their traditions and their culture for generations. The nation began to divide into North Korea and South Korea in 1945, and the cultural differences between the two Koreas have grown since then.

Korean culture is strongly influenced by Confucian values and principles, and this permeates not only personal life, but also industry. Confucianism promotes community unity, reverence for elders and authority, the importance of kin, fellowship and heritage, as well as tradition. It has a special history, character, fabric, and food that separate from the countries nearby Korea. Diligent and hard work, filial piety and modesty are the qualities that Koreans admire. They are proud of their distinctive traditional culture and their economic success within a brief period of time.
